I have been unable to make changes in Slider Revolution due to a warning about a WordPress 5.5 incompatibility. I was sure that my Artemis license for this product included future updates, but each time I tried to download the theme files, it was version 1.1.9.7. As I was unable to ask a question, because my support license had expired, I renewed my license hoping that I would then have access to the latest version. I did not. It is still version 1.1.9.7.
I can see that a newer version of the theme was released in May with the newer version on Revolution Slider that I require.
I have 2 questions...
1. Why do I not have access to the latest version?
2. Why did I have to renew my license to ask a question about something that should be included with my original license?
First of all, for such simple questions, you can always use the comment form on the theme page on Envato. Regarding Slider Revolution, since you got it with the theme, it can only be updated through the theme (Envato rules). We are refreshing the premium plugins packages after each theme update and you can update them from Appearance - Install Artemis Plugins (option active when updates are available).
I did not release a theme update for such a long time because I am working on a bigger change for Artemis - to ensure compatibility with Elementor page builder plugin. Basically, all page builder widgets will be implemented for Elementor, all the existing demos will be changed to be used with Elementor(the existing WPBakery elements will remain, for compatibility reasons). This is a big step forward for Artemis theme, since it will offer more powerful page builder widgets with more options and I will also be able to easily introduce more demos and page templates that you can use for your website. I am close to release this update, I hope it will be available in one or two weeks.
I've attached to this ticket the plugin zip file with a newer version of Slider Revolution, please delete your existing plugin and install this one.

Do you have any idea why the newest theme version is not available for download in my Envato Market account? The changelog says v1.1.9.8 was released May 2020.
Please download the latest theme version from here, you can update it with FTP, to avoid messing up with Envato Market plugin. Let me know if you need more details. Also, if you find this too complex, just send me FTP and WordPress credentials and I will update it for you.
Also, please let me know after you successfully downloaded it, so I can delete the temporarily folder on my domain.
