I am changing my theme to your beautiful theme. I have several blog posts from my old theme. When I click on the blog menu item it takes me to your artemis blog. See here (https://eliandmort.wordifysites.com). How do I connect a blog menu item to my existing blog posts.
My main menu is dark and the top of my home page image is dark. Is there a way to make the main menu white but when I scroll up then my main menu gets dark because the light background image on the scroll?
On the shopping page, can I set up the sort to automatically sort by Latest or is the only first option by Popularity.

If you already imported a demo, please check your pages and see if you have a page called Blog. This should be based on the Blog page template and will automatically show your posts. If you have it, please go to Appearance - Menus and remove the existing Blog link and add your Blog page to the menu.
If you don't have the blog page, then simply create a new page, add a title and select the Blog template for that page. Save it and add it to the menu.

Yes, you can change the menu color for an individual page. Just edit the page, navigate below the content area to the Header Settings meta box and set a different color for the menu for that page. On sticky mode, the menu will revert to the global menu colors that can be set from Appearance - Customize - Artemis.
