Hi, I've purchased the Artemis e-commerce theme. I've now installed it to my WordPress dashboard through the Envato market plug-in, as well as the "wordpress file only" download process, and it has installed perfectly onto my dashboard both time perfectly. My issue is I'm trying to import one the demo themes and it won't show up. Initially my php limit was set too low, but I reached out to my host and it was increased to the maximum. Now it downloads and shows no errors, but when I go to my themes page it is nowhere to be found.
The demo importer is not meant to import a new theme, but to clone one of the demos to your website. The theme will remain the same - Artemis - but you will get a perfect clone of the demo itself (content is imported, the settings are adjusted automatically etc.). If you want, I can take a look on your setup and run the importer myself. What is the demo that you want to import?
