At this moment, coupon field is only available on the cart page. I will implement a new theme option for the next update that will allow you to enable the coupon field on the checkout page. Would that be ok for you?

Good news, I forgot that this was recently implemented, please enable it from theme settings -: shop (tab):
the coupon field will be shown at the top of billing details:
